No cancellations are entertained for requests post receiving School fee. Once the School fee is issued the My Second Home School will not accept any request from anybody for its cancellation.
However, My Second Home School is instituting a School fee refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of School fee as digital payments are becoming more frequent. My Second Home School expects that all Parents will exercise due care and diligence while making School fee. My Second Home School also recognises that a School fee may be made erroneously or parents may change their mind. My Second Home School will examine each request for refund of School fee and endeavour to make the refund. My Second Home School may also seek further information / documents and parent must co-operate in this regard. However My Second Home School is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of School fee, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued. If you would like your School fee to My Second Home School to be refunded, You must request My Second Home School in writing or by email for a refund and Your request must reach My Second Home School within 5 days from the date on which you made the School fee i.e. the date on which you: Made the School fee online, electronically or through other means OR Handed over the cheque / demand draft to My Second Home School or someone authorised by My Second Home School for this purpose, OR Despatched the cheque / demand draft My Second Home School by other means. The written request stating reason for requesting refund must be sent to the address stated below and must contain all the following details pertaining to the School fee: 1. Date of School fee. 2. School fee amount
